Join the sisters who wear the crown.
Membership in Zeta Tau Alpha brings with it countless memories and experiences which will shape its members for years to come.
Consistent with our Founders' thoughts in 1898, our primary purpose is to create an environment for our members in which lasting friendships and our vows of sisterhood emanate all aspects of our Fraternity. We encourage an atmosphere which will foster high ideals of friendship among college women, promote their educational and cultural interests, create in them a true sense of social responsibility and develop in them high qualities of character.
ZTA is a lifetime of commitment, support and opportunity awaiting you. It marks the beginning of a relationship that lasts for a lifetime. Our Association offers interesting and educational programs, fun social events, casual get-togethers, large and small philanthropic projects, and small-group Crown Connection Events.
Joining HAA allows you to meet with local ZTA women, to socialize, network, and serve our ZTA collegians and the Houston community. See below for what dues encompass and your benefits.
ways you can Join:
New Season: July 1, 2020
What Dues encompass and provide:
The total amount of dues for HAA encompasses an $18 fee for the International Office, $1 fee for Panhellenic and $2 fee for Second Century with Zeta Tau Alpha.
The remaining funds are distributed to different executive positions and committee chairs to provide support for postage, electronic payments, annual renewal for services that we utilize (like the website), and more. There are also annual donations that HAA makes, for example a donation to Texas Zeta Days, sending a representative to Convention, etc.
All Zeta Tau Alpha's, in good standing, in the greater Houston area are invited to attend the day, night, and joint Gatherings that happen.
By being a dues-paying Member, you will also get invited to HAA's special Crown Connection events that include monthly invites to Book Club, Ladies Dine Out (Dinner Group), Sisters Who Sip (Happy Hour Group), and some unique calendar invites like a Movie Group, Theater Groups and our annual events like ZiesTA (a legacy holiday party) and Social (end of the term party).
