2 Copies of Resume
3 Pictures - 2 portrait, 1 body
1 Copy of Transcript
1 Copy of SAT/ACT Scores (optional)
Note legacies: Direct (daughter, granddaughter, great granddaughter) Indirect (aunt, cousin, niece)
