As I look back on the past few months, I proud of the strides we have made, the fun events we have shared, and thankful for the opportunity to positively impact our community. I am honored to serve as President of HAA. However, more importantly, I am honored to serve with so many gifted ladies who share a passion for their community and a love for Zeta Tau Alpha. During our special ceremony for Marlene Haraka, as I was reciting the creed with her, I was so moved at how significant those words were to her, and to all of us, years after our initiation. As we prepare to welcome new initiates, including our own special initiate Liz Schlotzhauer, I am excited about the commitment our Fraternity has to pledging outstanding women who are leaders within the community. During this season of reflection and celebration, I am thankful for my Zeta sisters that encourage and inspire me each day.
